Delivery Methods and Times

Shipments are made with the utmost care, often using triple packaging. The goods are shipped to the address indicated during registration, or to an alternative address according to the customer's specifications.

Shipping times may vary from 5 working days after the order is placed to a maximum of 20 working days after confirmation of the order. In case of payment by bank transfer, the estimated delivery date shall be recalculated from the date of credit. In the event that the Supplier is unable to dispatch the goods within this period, the Purchaser will be notified promptly by e-mail. Shipping Costs

The expedition in Italy has a cost of 10.00 Euro (including VAT), but is free of charge for orders over € 150.00.

The expedition in France costs 25.00 Euro.

The courier (BRT or GLS) in case of absence of the addressee it will attempt a second deliveryafter which the goods will be deposited at the nearest warehouse and you will be notified to arrange delivery. Considering the nature of the goods, we recommend avoiding storage at logistics warehouses as far as possible. For trouble-free delivery, please observe a few simple rules. Enter an address where, in all likelihood, the courier will always find someone, e.g. your place of work, your parents' house, etc. Remember to display your name on the doorbell; the house number should be clearly visible.

In the event of delivery or return of the package due to non-availability of the addressee, additional costs will be charged to the addressee for re-delivery. In the event of non-delivery, if cancellation and reimbursement of the order is requested, the costs of shipping and/or return of the package will be deducted from the amount.
