LEDCO flexible LED strip for linear lighting with monochromatic LED, 5 meter coil. Selectable at pre-set intervals every 2.5 cm. The IP54 versions are completely coated with nano particles which make them waterproof. 3M adhesive tape on the back. The double cable header allows for faster series connection. The high density of the LEDs (240 chips per meter) allows for homogeneous lighting on all surfaces. For thermal dissipation, the use of an aluminum profile with an adequate section is strongly recommended. Chip with CRI90+ and 3 MacAdam Stems. The use of the nano particle coating (conformal coating) does not alter the appearance of the strip, guaranteeing water protection (IP54) and better thermal dissipation.
IMPORTANT: the power supply must be the same voltage as the Strip (if the strip is 24V the power supply must also be 24V regardless of the power in W).
For any calculation you can contact us privately and we will provide you with personalised advice free of charge. The power supplies must have a power 20% higher than the wattage of the LED strip. To choose the right power supply according to your needs, you need to do a simple calculation: Multiply the length of the strip in meters x the power per metre, example of calculation for a 2.5 m long strip with a power of 14.4W per metre. meter: 2.5×14.4= 36W therefore a 50W power supply is required.
HOW TO INSTALL: Simply, the LED strip is supplied with a 3M adhesive tape placed on the back of the strip, which allows for quick fixing so that it can also be glued onto aluminium profiles.
We always recommend the purchase of aluminium profiles for correct heat dissipation of the LED strip, this will lead to a long life of the LED strip avoiding overheating which over time would lead to a decrease in light power and a shorter life of the strip.
