Security in online payments receives the utmost attention from LightPlus.co.uk, which offers customers three different payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal and cash on delivery.

Transfer

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email, in which the payment details (IBAN) will be indicated. Once the transfer has been made within 48 hours of placing the order, you must send a copy of the payment receipt by email to info@lightplus.it.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the estimated delivery date shall be recalculated from the date of credit.
In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled.
Orders with any fees or commissions charged to us will not be processed.

PayPal / Credit Card / Prepaid

Once you have confirmed your CARD you will be directed to the PayPal server. For credit card payments, you do not need to have a PayPal account. You can use any credit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Postepay, etc.).
Thanks to PayPal your data is safe: we receive your payment in real time, without the need to share your credit card details with us. In addition, PayPal monitors transactions 24 hours a day and uses encrypted systems to prevent fraud and any unpleasant situations.

Additional charge: € 7.00 Cash on delivery is provided for orders up to a maximum of € 999.00. The amount must be paid to the courier exclusively in cash (cheques are not accepted). It is important to prepare the amount in advance: the courier does not give change.
In the case of multiple shipments, the amount must be paid upon receipt of the first package. In the case of cash on delivery payment, you will be contacted by an operator for confirmation. We will not proceed with the shipment without first confirming the order.
Cash on delivery does not apply to certain products such as customisations or products placed on the site at the customer's request.
